ABOUT

I am a career diplomat by profession and an avid learner and researcher in the field of Economics. I received a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Tokyo, Japan in 2014. The title of my Ph.D. thesis was “Land Reform in Nepal: Equity, Efficiency, and Economy.”
